    Most weightlifters require thumb tape in order to train pain free, and so to accommodate that need Weightlifting House offers tape that has been used for years by weightlifters at every level.

    An additional layer of adhesive ensures the thumb tape remains stuck to your thumb regardless of the weight on the barbell. This adhesive leaves no residue on your thumbs.
    In order to apply it with ease we’ve allowed it to tear easily, and its stretch is optimal for allowing a tight wrap and ample thumb mobility for a tight grip on the barbell.

    At 24ft/7m in length and 5cm in diameter per roll we offer the most thumb tape on the market per roll.

    Weightlifting House thumb tape comes in packs of three. A single roll of thumb tape can last up to a month.

      thumbs need to be completely dry or else tape can slip, other than that there perfect

      Definitely happy with this purchase. Great adhesive and holds well throughout my workouts and the Houston humidity. Comparing to other tapes this may be the best quality for the buck imo. There are other tapes that are cheaper and have more in a pack, but you honestly don't need much of this tape so it lasts a good while. I workout M-F and use it at least 2-4 days out of the week.

      Larghezza ottima e adatta anche a chi come me ha le mani grandi. Ogni rotolo dura il giusto e l'adesione alle dita è ottimo. Io lo uso per crossfit sui pollici. Quando il bilancere iniziare a pesare basta fare due giri ed è una bomba. Sulle altre dita quando necessario ne metto uno più stretto. Lo riprendo sicuramente!
