Shipping costs:
We currently offer a flat rate of $4.50 shipping for most USA orders, except Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico which have a flat rate of $6. Orders over $90 will be eligible for free delivery.

Where will my order ship from?
All clothing collection items currently ship from the UK. This is House 2s and '90s.
ALL other stock, including equipment, singlets and 'other products' ship from within the USA. If your order contains both it will be split and shipped from two locations.

How long will my order take to arrive?
This does depend on which state you live in and how rural your address is. Generally, items shipping from our USA warehouse are between 1-5 working days. Items shipping from the UK take 10-14 working days.

Will I receive multiple packages?
Sometimes we split the order, depending on stock locations and availability. If you have any concerns about receiving multiple packages please reach out to us before ordering.

How do I change the delivery address?
Contact us as soon as possible, this gives us the best chance to fix it. Our orders often dispatch very quickly, so this is not always possible. Please double check your order details before purchasing.

I don't have any tracking for one or more of my items, where are they?
They should still be on the way! Sometimes tracking emails get lost in spam. Please check your spam before contacting us. You can also login to your account on our website to check for order tracking. If you still can't find your tracking, don't worry! Reach out and we'll find it.

My tracking has stopped updating, is returning to sender, or requires action - what should I do?
