Very comfortable, and can fit very precisely. Offering incomparable support.

I bought L size thinking it would suffice because I gained weight recently, but it didn’t… The belt turned out too loose even on its tightest setting. So I had to improvise.

After fastening the belt with the lever buckle, I found it still didn’t give the firm abdominal pressure I was aiming for. Even at its tightest adjustment, the belt had a lot of slack left. So I modified how I wore it (1st photo):
1. Closed the belt as normal using the lever mechanism to get the most secure base.
2. Then I took the long excess strap and threaded it back through the outer keeper loop, effectively tightening the belt further and pressing it flush against my body.

This not only increased the belt’s compression, but also made it feel more locked in place — especially helpful in squats and Olympic lifts.

The visible Velcro strap is approximately 31 cm long (2nd photo), and there’s room for approximately 9 cm extra before it reaches the end of available space. Because the belt was too large for my waist, much of this Velcro was left floating unused. By looping the strap back into the metal buckle , I was able to use more of this surface to stabilize the belt better (1st photo).

Even after my improvised way, the tip of the belt still sticks out awkwardly (as seen in the 1st photo). It would be a nice upgrade if there is added an extra Velcro tab, elastic keeper, or internal pocket to secure the excess and streamline the fit — particularly useful for those who fall between sizes or experience waist changes over time. Or add 7 - 10cm longer velcro tape so tip wouldn't be hanging so much.

I’ve not used a belt before and I chose this for my first one. Once I got used to it it feels very supportive. Also it comes with a cool small bag.

I was looking for an alternative for my Rogue belt because the Velcro was getting loose. Settled on this belt and haven't regretted it. Velcro is very secure and support is great. Great for cleans and squats

The belt is very supportive and easy to put on and take off. The Velcro never feels like slipping. It's the best belt I've owned.
